We’ll be serving tea, superfood elixirs, raw chocolates, as well as other sweet and savoury snacks for you to enjoy!

No RSVP is necessary – all spaces in these classes are on a first come first serve basis.
12pm – 12:30pm – Intro to the Light Cellar – An introduction and guide to this unique store with an overview and helpful navigation through the products we offer and how you can choose the right foods for you.
12:45pm – 1:15pm – Earthing: Getting Grounded – Join company president Kurt Kelly of Earthing Canada as he explains and demonstrates the benefits of “grounding”. Many people are finding the Earthing technology a must-have tool to help adapt and thrive in our modern world. Join us to learn and find out more.
1:30pm – 2pm – E3 Live – A superfood Blue-Green Algae from Klamath Lake. What distinguishes E3 Live from other algaes like Spirulina & Chlorella? What are the unique and beneficial properties of this incredible food? How does one use and incorporate it into your own personal or family’s cuisine? Join Angela Chromik, the Alberta representative, as she shares the insights about E3 Live a.k.a. “the invisible lotus flower of the water”.
2:15 – 2:45pm – Deep in the Jungle – Explore the healing, strengthening and clarifying capabilities of Amazonian plants with Morgan Maher. Learn ways to effectively and potently prepare plants such as Cat’s Claw, Wayusa and Pau D’arco. We’ll discuss their benefits, their magic and how to integrate these and other amazing Amazonian herbs into your daily practice.
3:00pm – 3:30pm – Crafting an ‘Aztec’ inspired Hot Chocolate with Denis Manzer – Cacao, food of the gods, presented in liquid form with some special herbs and spices.
3:45pm – 4:15pm – Wild Herbs with Blue Lotus Ethnobotanicals – Join wild-crafter, herbalist and formulator Patrick Kooyman of Blue Lotus Ethnobotanicals as he shares about his experiences wildcrafting in AB and BC. He will tell us why he picks the unique herbs he uses in his formula’s and how they can help us during the winter to keep our energy levels high and our immune system functioning optimally.
4:30pm – 5pm – Creating your own Toothcare products w/ Malcolm & Madeline – Learn how to create your very own toothpaste, enhance your flossing, and much more.
