Discover the healing nature of plants and how they can be used to enhance your physical health while also supportive to your spiritual life and meditation practice.
You will learn about the ancient principles of nutrition and herbalism as well as a unique preparation technique that will allow you to bring it all together in one easy to make, tasty beverage, called an Elixir.
In this 1hr session you will receive:
- The knowledge of how to begin to incorporate health-enhancing herbs & superfoods into your everyday
- Recipes to create delicious nourishing beverages
- Samples to taste and enjoy
Part 2 – Meditation
Did you know 20 mins of deep meditation is equivalent to almost 4-6 hours of sleep? Always wanted to meditate but don’t know where or how to begin? Learn effective tips and secrets to experiencing deep states of rest and relaxation. Interact with meditation experts with over 20 years of experience. Find out about one of Calgary’s largest meditation events this summer – Unveiling Infinity!
In this session 1 hour find answers to:
- What is meditation?
- How can one prepare to have a good meditation?
- How does one control thoughts during meditation?
- Experience a deep guided meditation
