Join Luka Symons, local Holistic Nutrition Practitioner to garner important foods, spices, teas and elixirs as well as lifestyle tips in order to best love up your bones, from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Luka will demo a few recipes you can easily follow in your own kitchen. You will receive a handout with 5 recipes aimed at supporting these important organs. We’ll go over why these organs are so important, and how best to nourish them in order to balance their function. Bone and connective tissue health and strength can be a reality!
