Coconut Cream Powder: Organic - The Light Cellar
Coconut cream powder is produced from the meat of mature coconuts and has a mild coconut flavour. An excellent replacement for canned coconut cream, as you only a few tablespoons to equal a full can.
Use in coconut curries, ice creams, sauces, puddings, smoothies, a substitute for creamer or in baked goods & cakes as a milk substitute.
To Prepare coconut milk: Simply add 2-3 tablespoons of coconut cream powder to 2/3 of a glass of warm water and stir throughly. Or add directly to cooking or hot beverages.
