Coconut flour is made by drying coconut meat after it has been pressed for milk. It is a soft, dry and dense flour. Use with plenty of moist ingredients like eggs, pureed fruits and fats to create delicious grain-free recipes. In Sanskrit the coconut palm is known as "the tree that supplies all that is needed to live." Coconut has provided food, water, oil, clothing and shelter for thousands of years. Close to 1/3 of the world’s population relies on this tree for food and livelihood.

Instructions: For best results, use dedicated coconut flour recipes. To substitute, use 1/4 -1/3 cup coconut flour to 1 cup grain-based flour, increase recipe moisture by adding 3-6 eggs and extra liquid.
